Low carb high protein meals link

Im not sure but I think it was Jody a while back asking about some sites with low carb high protein meals.

Well I was looking at Carmalitas profile www.obesityhelp.com/member/carmelita/cause she has some great links in her blog there and this one looks like a great way to mix it up with practically everything you want.
