Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
 
Monday already!   The weekends go way to fast!!!   I didn't have a clue how to dress today.  It is rainy and cold but seems so early to get out winter clothes.  It is actually supposed to get into the 70's again by the end of the week....YEAH!

I'm going to try an apple today.  The last one I ate (with the skins on) was in the summer and I had that very bad attack in my upper tummy.  I'm going to brave it today and see what happens.  What's fall without being able to eat apples?

Good Luck on that apple.
I found that I dump on peaches! Who would have thought,at first I thought it was a fluke the first time but the second time proved it to me. So No peaches for me any time soon
I am trying to get back on track, I do great during the day but then at night I get a bottomless pit and eat everything I can find.
So today I am going back on the straight and narrow and doing things the right way.

D- Chicken with broccoli and cheese (no noodles) 19

Not allowing myself any snacks unless it is a protein drink

You can do it Stacey!!   I know that you will have days where you feel like your eating is out of control but just think of what you would have ate before WLS.  Just make the best choices you can and if you have to overdo it then stick to dense protein and not sliders.  It is crazy how some days we are so tight and other days we seem to have an endless pit.

Have you tried the gluten free spaghetti yet?  There is one that is made with quinoa that I want to try.  I did well with the gluten free bagel I tried.

Hi Roz,
I've been freezing today.  My toes are sooo cold.  I need my boots on.  It has gotten up to 71 so far today so it is a lot warmer than it was this morning.

Good luck with the apple.  Fruit doesn't bother me, thank goodness.

We got up to about 55 and rainy.  It is supposed to be a lot nicer at the end of the week.
