Menus and Miles Wed. Oct. 12th
My family just threw a monkey-wrench in my dinner plans... they want Burger King!!! Just checked out BK's website though and can fit the salad w/grilled chicken into my plan and it works. I have to cut the scoop of peanut butter out of my shake, but that's ok...we make these little adjustments for our families sometimes!

Ran 5.3 miles in 1hr 16 minutes this AM. Running a 5K on the 22nd with a couple of the girls from work-- should be fun. My first organized run!!!!!!!!!!

I've been running around with my daughter today. She is getting married next year, and they are in process buying a house. So fun to help with this exciting stage in her life.
B: egg and low carb bread - Protein - 17
L: was running around and forgot to eat
D: pizza toppings - no bread - protein - 10
S: isopure green tea - protein 40
S: milk (3 cups during day) - 24
Totals: Calories: 784; Protein: 83; Carbs: 53 net
Will probably have slim fast low carb drink before I go to bed tonite - which would be 20 extra in protein.

I love graham crackers - I used to dunk them in milk. I don't know if I could control them if I started eating them!!
