Going to try a new support group this morning. I'll let you know what I think later.
Yesterday I went to LA Fitness to the Water Aerobics class - it was a super good workout. The instructor was like a drill sergeant (reminds me of someone I know here) LOL. I had a great time and lost another 1/2 lb. today, so I'm thrilled.

But I am sitting here with my pills in front of me ready to swallow. I've started to take my first protein in the afternoon and my second in the evening becuase later on is when I get bad eating urges!
