I wish 1/4 of a doughnut would bother me. I could probably eat the whole thing!! I had 2 sugar cookies this afternoon - I did so good yesterday and did not have any sugar.

Dh is having back suurgery tomorrow for 2 ruptured discs so we are in for a busy painful rest of the week for him. i am feeling much better with my shoulder so that is good.

Time to cut out some carbs that have been creeping in. Sometimes I feel like a fish on a line. I get a little too far out there and have to reel myself back in.
