My DD called me this morning to tell me the clementines are wonderful right now.  She has been craving oranges and orange juice since she got pregnant.

Hi Roz,
I wish 1/4 of a doughnut would bother me.  I could probably eat the whole thing!!  I had 2 sugar cookies this afternoon - I did so good yesterday and did not have any sugar.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

S:  2 sugar cookies about 1 hour apart

Isn't it strange how we are all different.  I'm so thankful my body still reacts to sugar.  I'm such a sugaraholic!  I usually no my limits.  Like I can eat 1 mini candy bar (most of the time) and 2 mini M&M cookies but I had better not take the 3rd.   I push my limits. 

Other than the 2 cookies....good Menu....LOL

Revision on 03/18/15
was supposed to have a procedure on my right leg tomorrow but insurance dragging their feet so had top reschedule it. 

Dh is having back suurgery tomorrow for 2 ruptured discs so we are in for a busy painful rest of the week for him. i am feeling much better with my shoulder so that is good.

You and DH were having something done on the same day?  That could never happen at our house.  My DH is such a baby!

Protein is kindof low but good variety.

Time to cut out some carbs that have been creeping in.  Sometimes I feel like a fish on a line.  I get a little too far out there and have to reel myself back in.

B: hard boiled egg
S: protein coffee
S: celery + carrots
L: greek yogurt with bluberries and 2T granola for a little crunch
S: celery + carrots
D: protein coffee

Planning to walk at lunch today if it doesn't rain.  Will walk tonight or go to rec center and do the treadmill if it rains.

I understand what you mean.  I had to start buying the 100 calorie bags of pretzels and popcorn because I just can't control myself.
