Jane, so good to hear from you.  And what a success you have been!!!!!

It is amazing when we realize those first goals have come and gone.  I certainly didn't ever expect to be where I am.

I never really had any problems with any foods.  I still can't eat more than a cup of most stuff and sometimes forget that.  But my taste seem pretty much normal except for really greasy stuff.  Don't think I could eat fried chicken or fish anymore.  I found out recently I can't handle intense sugar either when I ate a whole piece of pecan pie.  I hadn't dumped before that but now am much more caucious.

So good to hear from you.  Come by more often.

Hi Jane,

It is good to hear from you.  Sounds like you have been very successful.

I could still go a long time without eating and eat according to the clock alot.  Some things fill me up faster - like chicken or beef.  Carbs like crackers I can eat a lot of.  I do the protein shakes to make sure I get enough protein.

Stop by to see us more often.
