I just joined it because it seems a popular tool.  I added my intake today and it's telling me I'm not eating enough.  (I am for where I am)  It also tells me how much protein and carbs I should be getting.  Is there a way to change the settings to a more bariatric friendly setting.

(It also adds calories to my total by my workouts) Can I stop it doing that too.  If I was listening to it as it is set up now, I'd be eating about 15-1600 calories and I'm only 4 months out.

Myfitnesspal isnt designed for WLS users.  But it is a useful tool for tracking.  Go in and edit your profile.  You can put in whatever calorie goal you want.  I just ignore the extra calories it adds when I enter exercise.  When you enter your weight, it asks if you want to adjust your goals.  I always say no.  I also ignore the "you aren't eating enough.....".  I mainly use it to see how much protein I have , to track my water, and as an accountability tool for exercise.  It is also nice to look back and see what I was eating when I was losing better, etc.

Oh ok.  So just use it as a journal.  Got it.
