 Hey guys,

I am new to this forum...I was sleeve 1/26/2012....and on my way...to a challenging journey...My BMI was 35...since surgery I lost 17 to 20lbs....
It's been a struggle with the stall...not enough protein...not enough water = no weight loss...

So yet...and then bad snack choices....Frustrating..

Lee recommended that I be part of this forum as it will be helpfull....thanks again...Lee

Welcome to the LW Board.  Feel free to ask any questions that you might have.  17 - 20 pounds is great in 1 month!!

Be sure to check out the Menus & Miles post that Roz does every day.  It is a great help to post what you are having.

I look forward to watching your journey.

Welcome YR!  You will love this forum, it has been my hang out for several months!  I am getting the sleeve in 10 days and I'm so excited.  I hear about stalls all the time on here and most of the time, they pass and everyone ends up back on track.  Yes, follow Roz's miles and menu's and she will be a great help.

Best wishes!!

Jamie

You are well on your way.  You will find that part of this journey has to do with our new tummies but a lot has to do with our old heads so we have to keep up the good fight and not let the old habits back in.

Welcome and join in anytime.

Welcome!!! You're doing great, especially with a relatively low BMI. I started out with a similar BMI and lost about 12 lbs the first month. Hard to say that you're in a stall so early out. A stall is usuallly a few weeks or longer with no weight loss. Getting enough protein and water are important and challenging the first couple of months.  I couldn't even make bad snack choices that early out.
