Hi!

When I weighed in this AM at WW, my weight was 134.4! My "fantasy goal" was 135#. I cannot wait for my surgeon's appointment next week.

Yay!!!

I know maintenance is the hardest part. I am so grateful for this board for all the knowledge, support, and friendship.

Thanks everyone!

Congratulations!!! That is so sweet!!! Yes, maintenance is the most challenging part of the journey, but at least you are there.

Awesome!! I'm glad you call it your "fantasy goal" because you might still lose more!

Way to go...you still have losing time yet available to you. Because maintenane is such a different animal, I tried to follow what I read on a post several years ago..."lose as much as you can as fast as you can" it makes maintenance easier. I wish I had fully followed that rule...if I had I would be living where I want to be living. I am still working on living at my fantasy goal. I was 5 pounds away from it Sunday.

Woo Hoo Congratulations Lynn.

I agree with going as low as you can go while you can.

It does make those doctors appointments much more fun!!

Hurray Hurray. Just keep on keeping on unless you are at the bottom of the normal BMI. I never thought I would be here, but am and it has given me a little more leaway for bouncing around.
