I couldn't do cold for quite a while so I did a lot of hot drinks. We all do it a littel different. I am still doing decaf instead of real coffee unless I am at a friends overnight who only has real coffee. Then I have to be prepared to be wired all day, LOL.
I use about 1/2c of warm water and add 1.5scoops of protein. I used vanilla, chocolate, mint cookie mostly but have used others. Then I use that as creamer for 2 large cups of decaf. When I am making hot chocolate, I use a packet of swiss miss 25cal and make the protein the same way. Same thing with Unjury chicken soup. I've even done Syntrax lemon tea hot when I couldn't do cold anything.
Don't worry about being a slow loser. You have the rest of your life to be skinny. Just keep on keeping on and it will work for you.

It's a broth not creamy when made with water. I never thought about making it with milk. I put cooked broccali and cheese in it sometimes, or cooked cabbage. I used it quite a bit in cold weather for a quick meal.
