WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Last week I got meat stuck and ended up in the ER. This morning when I woke up I feel like my pills are stuck. I have a strange tight feeling in my throat. I took a Rolaid which I haven't done since forever and drinking my Protein Drink slow.

Miles: Hoping to get out on my lunch for a walk if the phone quits ringing!

Hope you feel better soon!! Ground beef always feels pieces of it are stuck in my throat until I drink something then it is fine.

I got into the Coconut Macroon cookies yesterday - not a good thing. My stomach still hurts some.

Water/Fluids: 100 ozs
Miles: Walked 2.5 miles with DH

I use the Sausage crumbles, turkey pepperoni and different kinds of cheese.
I put mine on parchment paper so the clean up is really easy.
I love them.

I would not be able to have Coconut Macroon cookies in my house!
I had a salad last night for dinner. I ate the toppings and threw away most of the lettuce....LOL I thought I might as well just buy some meat and cheese because that's basically all I ate.
