  • Second breakfast -  Greek yogurt w/blueberries & protein coffee (30g)

  • Elevenses - popcorn

  • Snack - 1/2 a snack bag popcorn & cheese

Here goes for my first menus and miles post.  I'm 11 days out from getting the DS done on my intestines (20 months out from being sleeved).  This is my most adventerous food day yet, but I was ready to cry if I had any more cod, praws, yogurt or quiche.

B: Double sausage egg McMuffin w mayo no bun 33g

S: Starbucks decaf coffee with pouring cream (not the sugary stuff) & SF syrup - yum yum yum!!
L: 2 burgers no bun (very soft meat) 24g
D: soupy, gravey like chili (very little tomato, but yum!!) 27g
S: soft blue cheese 2g

P: 90g
F: 64oz
V: 3 multi vites
Miles: going to shops with DH for a couple of hours

Confession:  I post my bites a day ahead - I'd forget what I'd had with the time difference otherwise so these are actually my Saturday's bites!! ;-)
