Just a question I am 3months post op I work out 3-4 days a week each session  burning about 500-600 cals..I am averaging a calorie intake of about 800-1000 a day and protien is usally 90-100g..is this too much? I am losing I have lost 41lbs but for some reason i still feel like i am doing something wrong. Any advice would be appreciated. I would like to feel peace but I am always worried I am not working my tool correctly and not being able to lose the amount of weight I want.  I think I am just paranoid but there could def be something I am doing wrong.

At 3 months, you have lost more than 10 lbs a month.  If you had 100 lbs to lose, that would put you at goal in 10 months.  Nothing wrong with that at all.  Sounds like you are doing great.  If you are concerned, post your intake on Miles and menus and folks will help if needed but really, you are doing wonderfully.  At some point you may want to increase your protein to over 100.  See what your next labs say.  I need to keep mine 120-150 to keep my protein level good.
