Hey everyone, I'm just checking in saying hi. Been down this week , haven't lost an ounce still! I know it takes time, and looking at other peoples weight loss makes me more depressed. I try not to do that either. Im reading the menus and miles and all the happy posts. Well dreading Sunday weigh in and the doctors too. :( good night

Hi Nikki, it's been a slow week weightwise for me too. I keep losing and gaining the same pound. Think of the bigger picture though. 15lbs is a great loss and you'd be thrillied on a normal diet.

It's also nearly 10% of your starting weight. Your body's probably just having its first stall.

Yep, you are just about in time for the first stall/slowdown.  Your body just had to recoup for a minute and hold on to everything.  If you did your measurements in the beginning, I bet you are still losing inches.  You will probably lose a chunk at once or every day for a few days when your body lets go again.  Not to worry.  If you are doing what you are suppose to, just keep on keeping on.  It will happen.  this isn't a sprint, it is a marathon.  keep on keeping on.

Nikki...stalls around week 2/3 is normal. And I hope you measured...I did that monthly for those months when nothing budged.
