I am so glad there is a forum for lightweights.
I am fairly new to the site, I just hope I can find this lightweights forum again LOL.
I love reading all the posts,
The only problem I am having is getting my fluids in and also enough proteins,
Looking for recipes on other foods that have high proteins,

Any ideas?

Protein drinks kill 2 birds with one stone!!

Also have a look at Roz's daily Menus and miles thread for inspiration - there are a lot of RNYers on there, so hopefully it'll help.

Google it, it'll vary depending on what browser you have. In IE they're called Favorites not bookmarks.

Hi and Welcome!

You can look at bariatricfoodie.com and theworldaccordingtoeggface.com; they both have a lot of recipes for various stages pre and post op.

Welcome.

I agree with the protein drinks and lots of water.  I use protein (.5-1 scoop), crystal light and at least 36 oz of fluid at least 2x a day.  that with my decaf protein coffee 30oz each morning and a protein shake in the evening and my fluid and protein are taken care of.  Of course, my meals are protein based so I am getting protein then also.
