I finally found out today for sure that Aetna has received my precertification request (their words) on the 20th so now I wait. When I first started this (back in April****pt hearing about how long a road it was and you all werent kidding! Keep your fingers crossed I won't be looking at a denial! Have a wonderful day

Hope you hear soon. I had BCBS and approval was less than a day when they got the stuff in. But every insurance is different. After approval, I still had a month to get on the schedule. It is a long trip but then it is for the rest of your life. This time is going to go by one way or the other. May as well be waiting for good news.

Thanks all for your kind words and thoughts. I do know its a life time commitment I was just so hoping my surgery would be this year! I'm sure I'll have a wait for the surgery even if I'm approved.
