I was 119 this morning. I can't find a weight for the past few weeks because I have been gone but I think I have been around 118-119. Not bad for all my travels but would like to be more in the 116-117 range. Plan on getting back to my regular exercise routine of muscle pump and zumba this week which will help.

Loss 0.75lb. Not bad given I was on holiday and was drinking Bailey's - I figured it's cream right??

Only one or 2 a day and spaced apart by many hours. It satisfied my sweet tooth. I wasn't too bad other than 2 squares of dark chocolate across the whole week and deep fried aubergine. The aubergine was flour coated and it caused me to get up plenty of times that night - needless to say I won't be doing that again!!
