Hello again
I have been "hanging out" on the RNY board trying to give back and haven't been here with the Lightweights for a long time. Yesterday there was a topic that got me thinking about "where are they now?". That brought me to my friends list and that brought me back here.

Update on me..... I have finally gotten my RH under control with the help of a Dr at Joslin Diabetes Center. My weight is stable......I have to be careful to eat enough to not lose. The RH was getting so bad that I was on a practically a pure protein diet. With the help of medication I can now eat almost normally (normally for a post-op that is!). I will try to stick around and add my 2 cents here and there.

The other boards scared me early out so I've never strayed away from the LW board. We could use some experience on here.
