B 2 sausages, 3 fried eggs, 2 pieces black pudding, 3 bacon rashers, tbsp baked beans 50 (eaten over about an hour)
L Sausage roll innards 10
D Crispy duck (no pancakes) 35
S Tiramisu 5

- Protein: 100 Oops, a bit low for me - breakfast was just too much & I was full all day... seriously, I had barely any carbs today, one of my lowest carb days. I guess I got out of bed a little later so that left less eating time. I think I'll try cream cheese pancakes for Sunday breakfast given we have an extra hour.

- F 72+oz

- V Night time liquid iron (ferrous fumarate - the good stuff as confirmed by Gina & subsequently Google - I'd not have known to look otherwise) w vit C pending (for better iron absorption - gotta get my levels up a little)

- M 30 minute walk to & from pub for breakfast - I found my pedometer after that though!

I noticed your carbs were lower today.  The more carbs I eat the hungrier I am during the day.

Gina is the one to turn to if you need help with your labs.

Oh she has been, Gina's great.  I just thought I'd explain why I'd added vitamin C to my iron.  I just can't believe I didn't do it sooner, but I guess it's coz my PCP prescribed the iron and therefore I assumed it'd be OK.

BTW don't know if you saw my Sunday weigh, but I lost 3.235lbs this week (well in 6 days, as I didn't weigh today).  I try and not weigh too often and I can be up 1.5lbs since my DS, but seems to sort itself out.  When I did WW I either stayed the same or lost no roller coaster there.  I worked out hard, stuck to the plan and either lost or stayed the same.  I've just learnt not to weigh myself too often since my DS.

I think the increased loss could be because I increased the amount of fat I'm having (I got really dry flaky skin on my face which is why I upped the fat intake - the skin's OK now).

I cheated I went to the local Kings restaurant and bought Vegetable Soup.  DH and I love it!  DH loves it when I make soup but It is tomato based my tummy just can't handle much of it.  It would eat it every day until it's gone.

I haven't checked out the White Russian yet but just the title sounds good.

Good Menu!
