WOW...that is big....LOL! You really only need to keep track of the basics....Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fats.
I seen you tried another Nectar. Did you like the Crystal Sky? I didn't really care for it but then I didn't like the Fuzzy Navel either but others loved it. My favorites are the Lemon Tea, Cherry, and Strawberry-Kiwi.
Your Protein total seems low this early out when you don't absorb as much.

Crystal Sky was nasty. It was just a sample pack. I didnt like fuzzy navel either. Sold it to a friend for half price after choking down 2 servings. I tried the cappuccino this morning and LOVE IT. Will be getting some for sure.
I am still trying to up the protein and liquids. Working on the PLAN. lol between the vitamins fluids and food it can seem like a full time job!

I love the smell of coffee but can't stand the taste. Have you made Gina's protein coffee yet. Everyone who drinks coffee seems to love it. The reason I started drinking the Protein drinks is because it made life easier. Knowing my Protein requirements have been met makes things simpler . Protein drinks also count to your fluids. I hated counting points on WW and I never want to live that way again. So if I don't have to count my Proteins in foods and I watch my "bad" carbs there isn't much more to calculate.
Did you buy a Protein sampler pack at S103.com who makes Syntrax? They have a good one.

I did get a protein sampler from syntrax, but it was a phone # I got off a post a few months ago. It was $14 for 13 samples including shipping. I have posted the number a few times in the last week to share with others.
I ordered a nectar lemon tea, 2 cappuccino (one for home and one for work) and a 5# matrix mint cookie last night from All Star Health. Seemed like the best prices and had free shipping. Once I get the order I should have a much easier time hitting my protein each day. It helps so much when you dont dread having to drink a shake!!
No haven't tried Gina's protein coffee yet, do you know the recipe?

I made (tried) to make the quiche recipe this morning. I'm guessing when you wrote raw scrambled eggs you meant to just stir them up...LOL I actually made scrambled eggs and then added the ingredients. Then I got to the pour part and realized that I did it wrong. I put them in my muffin pan and then stuck them in the freezer and then I will thaw them out one at a time like my pizza chips and PB cookies.

I think I'll wait a few months before trying jeans. My problem is I have to go up a size on the waist and wear a belt to accommodate my thighs and butt, so I'm happy wearing skirts for now!
