Still grinning!!!! Widely!!! Down to 184 lbs from SW of 208... Help me with the math, I think that is 24 lbs in a month? Still feeling amazing, no trouble at all with water or protein or exercising (lightly) or vites and calcium. Sleeping well, no BM issues, living life and dropping pounds. Food, usually I keep to 6-800 cals, under 40 carbs and 60-80 gr protein (closer to 65 most days). No intolerances apart from this one chicken breast meal I had but I am not going to blame the chicken breast until I make one myself and try it. My incisions look like a cat took a walk on my belly and used it as a scratch pole! Very fine, faint lines. Almost completely invisible now. Why oh why didn't I do this sooner???? I have had not a single buyer's remorse moment and am just happy this whole month. Every day! Feeling like a slave freed. I have gone out to restaurants and enjoyed appropriate meals out with no issues, I am wearing clothes which were previously tight...and have my inner and outer smile on all the time! I am even enjoying food much more than when I just used to shovel it in. Now i really taste everything and just make no compromises on quality - it has to be five star coz I am SOOOO worth it!!!

Life is just simply great now!!!

yeah, pretty cool...I still feel that way a lot at nearly 3 years out. Love getting out my next season clothes at the beginning of the season and they still fit! Used to be too small every season change.

Love slipping right into my skinny jeans...no problems, lol!

Definately worth it. so glad we didn't let you chicken out, lol!

What a great post!  So happy for you and love hearing that you don't have buyers remorse.  My VSG date is set for Dec 26, 2012 and I am a self pay as my bmi is around 35.  Wish I could have the surgery today but have to wait until Winter Break (I work at a university).....I'll have 12 days to recover.  Hope that's enough but I do have a desk job so I don't exert alot of energy at my job.

Keep us posted on your progress!
