My daughter came home from hospital today!

She was sleeved on Tuesday and came home today! I am happy for her, but disappointed for myself because I was supposed to be sleeved soon as well, but had to have lung surgery in October! I am still getting better myself, but I am happy that she can stay with me for two weeks as she improves. She is doing pretty good, but hasn't had much since getting home in terms of liquids. She is very tired from the meds and sleeping but I am trying to get her to take little sips in between. Any advice?

Definitely keep pushing fluids. You might try SF popsicles or ice chips.  I'm glad she's home and hope she continues to get stronger.

Tell her congratulations.

Try to get her to drink plenty of fluids.  She doesn't want to get dehydrated.

Congrats to her and keep her sipping, walking and resting.  She will feel better soon.

Sip, sip sip, it is very difficult at first, always have something there to drink.  I used small medicine cups and set my alarm to drink every 15 minutes.  Try different liquids and different temperatures.  Popsicles are great ! Walk as much as possible and just take it easy :)
