Can your surgeon "make " you reverse the surgery if you lose too much?

He can't make you do anything. How much is too much? What's your BMI or your current weight and height? How are your labs? Are you taking your vitamins and getting your protein in? Have you tried digestive enzymes to help you stop losing and absorbing more?

My BMI is within normal range.... And yes to all the other questions except the enzymes.... Are you talking about probiotics?

You're fine. Your body will likely just stop when it's good and ready. I think you have the right idea. Go a little low, make long lasting new habits and keep your natural bounce back as low as you can.

Digestive enzymes are actually a prescription med that makes your body absorb more.

NEVER can eat too healthy or be too active.

Your body will stop when it's ready - you're within the normal BMI range,  you're healthy - you're doing fine.

NO ONE can make you reverse your surgery... If your doctor "strongly recommends it" I'd walk out....

do the digestive enzymes you can buy over the counter not work well?

Probiotics aren't the same thing as digestive enzymes. Probiotics are over the counter and contain good gut bacteria. Digestive enzymes are actual pancreatic enzymes used to help people whose pancreas doesn't secrete enough enzymes to properly absorb nutrients from food or vitamin supplements.

If you got to a really low BMI then Creon which is available on script would be way higher on my list than getting a revision.  You sound like you're not at that stage yet though.
