Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!
Do you get busy during the holidays and forget to eat? It seems like I've been doing that a lot lately. The last week I have been really hungry right before bed and when I think of what I have eaten during the day it's not very much. I need to buy some good protein snacks like Jerky to eat on the run.

I got busy this afternoon and forgot to take some vites - I'll just take a bigger batch of calcium tonight (I like to separate my vites and take 6 or 7 batches - usually at 2 hourly intervals if I'm on my game).
Hungry day today although I'm down a pound from yesterday... go figure, then weight drops when it wants to!! :-S

My scales seem to stay steady when I eat and on days I don't eat much they usually move up. I was on WW when they had the exchange plan and I know that I have to eat to lose....why do I have to keep relearning the same thing over and over again....
Sounds Good!

Hi Roz! I've been eating pretty bad lately - trying hard NOT to regain the few lbs I lost... I bought some nuts and have gone to town on them. When I lost those few lbs I quite snacking, pretty much all together. No - I don't forget to eat - wish I did. My restriction has been awesome the past few weeks, today I felt as though I ate a fair amount for lunch. It's all ok...
B - coffee
S - protein coffee (yay!) - but it upset my tummy :(
L - chicken, some salad and white rice (ugh) but it was good and settled the bad tummy
D - IDK - I bought a bunch of Smart Ones frozen dinners, that's if I don't go out
Vits: yes
Water... ok
