Yay happy surgiversary to your DH!! :-)

Last week 153.25

This week 152.5

Given I was having cough syrup and cough sweets like they were going out of fashion I'm happy with a 0.75lb loss (I was anticipating a gain).

I'm looking forward to saying goodbye to the 150s soon!! kiss

You are doing great!

You know, that may explain my 1 lb up...I've been on cough syrup and cough drops all week...

I'd definitely attribute it to that. A 1lb gain for someone at goal is pretty respectable as you've been forced to down sugar.

Happy surgiversary, Charles! : )

I'm up a little maybe from not being able to get out and do my walking last week.  I'll say 123 today--up about 2 pounds.

Gina, you've been pacing instead...not as productive to your maintenance but good for your career.

Hope it's all behind you now and you can relax.
