My Dr. just called and my lump in Benign!
She told me they get a lot of WLS patients with lumps in their breasts. She said it's because the tissue in the breasts breaks down so fast. Have you heard that before?

YIPPEE!!! Glad it's benign!
Nope, never heard that before.
Now, I will say my Mother had what was called fibrocystic breasts...(benign lumps) that while scared the bejeebers out of her every time she found one, was never cancerous. She was VERY careful as her sister had breast cancer. But my Mother dealt with fibrocystic breasts for almost 30 years.

At my last surgeon's appt at 2.5 months out, I showed him the lumpy bumps along my rib cage just under my armpit. There are a few others along the edge of the breasts also. He said it was fat lumps and likely to reduce down in size over time. They're sensitive and annoying.
Oh hurray. That is a great Christmas present.
