I easily can fluctuate up by a pound or 2 during the week, that's just the way it seems to be with the DS (with WW I either stayed the same or lost - I never gained while sticking to it). Anyways...
Last week 151
This week 149.75 YIPPEE!!!
I'm going to Spain next week so I'll miss the next couple of Sunday weigh ins as I won't have access to a scale.

YIPPEE, a new decade to play in..
Have fun in Spain. That's one place I never managed to visit while over there.
I haven't seen this weight in six months now...not a happy camper with it.

I bet you were happy that day...altho not gaining this week is a good step considering all the goodies everyone seems to have around us.

155 last 5 weeks finally hit 144. I definitely need to get back on track! I have slipped back into old habits already at 5 months out. This is going to be a long hard road, I still have to diet and count everything that goes in. I do write everything down on MFP, and saw how quickly my calories were at 1500 already and I still needed to eat supper. So my goal is one day at a time, no candy, chips or wasteful calories. I now see that I am just like an alcoholic is with alcohol, as I am with sweets. I can't ever have just one or a few. I need abstinence. I plan my meals every morning, just seems I can't stick to them on some days and I go over board for no reason. I also need to eat only 3 times a day, if I follow that rule < i dont get into trouble. Well a New Year and a new me, so I am back on track for today. I have 9 more pounds to go, I can do this!
You can do what you need to do.
I understand the carb monster...
