Yes I noticed and did a fairly lengthy reply. Not many are prepared to go transatlantic but I did for my sleeve - it was a close call with Belgium, but I took the opportunity to visit Vegas after surgery in Mexico ;-)

Thanks...at least she knows that it's possible to get it with her BMI...she just may have to go outside the US to do it.
