this week  124

I did see 122 this week for the first time in a long time, then had kraut (sodium) and it was back up.  Oh well.  I am determined to get to 120 or less.

Last week I was 250 I believe. Today I am 258. I was 249 the morning at the hospital. Gained 9 pound of fluid. I am sure it will go away still very swollen. Ladies, I kept thinking about each of you... which is what helped get me through.  THANKS. Still very difficult to get out of bed or recliner. Office chair is all that is really comfortable.

Gaining right after surgery is VERY common...they pump you full of fluids. That will get better and the weight will start sliding off!

Glad you are home!
