Sunday Weigh In 1/20/13
Nikki, I hope you do too...
But then I stalled for almost 6 months after reaching 140 before losing another 10 lbs...then lost another 8 due to jaw surgery. I've gained all of that jaw surgery weight back now.

Thank you, a six month stall! Well I see I need to be more patient and less hard on myself . I go crazy wondering what am I doing right or wron why can't I get it right. If its just a stall because I haven't been this small for 20 years then I will just enjoy where I am at and keep keeping on my track
You are only 5 months out...just keep on plan and things will work out.
Enjoy where you are for the moment...just don't go crazy! LOL

This week 145.5 so a 2.5lb loss yippee!
It's my 6 monthiversary this week. I'm so happy to have lost slightly over 3 stone in 6 months (14 x 3 = 42lbs AKA 3 stone, as 14lbs = 1 stone).

That is a great loss...
Glad you figured it for me...I would have had to look it up. I have to admit, 42 lbs sounds like a WHOLE lot more than 3 stone.

I'm kind of surprised that I am eating as well as I have been. I'm trying to go back to my normal way of eating but it's still difficult. I feel like I am eating more since what I am eating is very soft like pudding and yogurt and protein shakes but I am getting in some chili and things, too. I feel like I will never be able to eat real food again :(
I surprised my daughter (and myself) the other day when we were coming home and I said something about getting dinner and I said "I'm starving". She hasn't heard me say that in a long time. I don't know if I was really starving or if it was just force of habit but I was hungry and that hasn't happened often. I'm wondering if I will start being hungry again. Part of it is I just can't grab some nuts or a protein bar every few hours. I am still so limited in what I can eat it makes it hard to have things around. Even eating a cheese stick is difficult right now. I can't wait to get back to my normal routine, if that ever happens.

((((Tazz)))), hang in there.
I know what you mean about finding snacks to eat. I have issues there too.
One thing I did find that worked for me was ham & bean soup...esp once the beans got really mushy. I'm not much of a chili person...that's dh. He would live on that stuff.
