That's great! When I got to goal I think I was a Shopaholic! Sometimes shopping can be stressful because I can't make up my mind because there is more to choose from. Since I've been at the same weight for quite awhile now I don't do much shopping. I like to do the end of season sales so I have a couple of new things but rarely go out and buy something at full price.

Hi Roz - no, I didn't have the day off and am still at working while typing this.
Ooo - baked chicken sounds yummy!
B - coffee and a protein chocolate on the way in
L - smart ones dinner (was pleasantly surprised it filled me up before I finished it)
S - protein hot chocolate
D - I want to do just another protein drink - we'll see... Not sure how much my willpower will stay put
ETA: Well... dinner was grilled blackened tilapia - but it did have some yummy sauce. NO RICE and asked for veggies and had a salad.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
