A cruise sounds like so much fun, but hubby's not fond of any ships after having done two back-to-back sea duty tours in the Navy (12 years total)...

Here's the plan for the day:

  • Protein/Breakfast: Isopure Cookies & Cream w/ Vanilla Soy Milk - 59g
  • Lunch: Cajun-style 10-bean soup w/ leftover turkey meat (from last night's dinner) and baby spinach
  • Protein: Isopure Cookies & Cream w/ Vanilla Soy Milk - 59g... Yes, need a new flavor of protein because I'm getting bored with this one! :)
  • Snack: Sargento Reduced-fat Colby Jack cheese stick and a couple of clemetines
  • Dinner: Lightly fried Basa fish fillets, Polenta and steamed veggies
  • Snack: ???

Morning vitamins already taken, working on my water intake and going for another walk/run this afternoon after taking son to the movie theater for a date with a good friend of his (nope, boy doesn't drive just yet, but that's okay).

that's exciting about your cruise.  We are headed to Vegas in a week and starting to plan for that.  We booked it so long ago, I haven't been excited but now I am looking forward to it.  We don't gamble but I want to see Circus Ohleigh (I know, way misspelled) and the Grand Canyon.  I'm looking forward to getting out of town to the nature areas.

I've been seeing your GNC protein.  I've been thinking about going back there to pick up some.  My Matrix is about 2/3 gone and I really don't want to do a big order again right now.  I used to like one of their Chocolate carmel.

Drove Halley this afternoon when if finally got to the upper 30s.  With no wind, I was fine.  Ran errands this morning.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggbeaters, kale, cheese
fish, pear
hot chocolate protein  30g
