Sleet and snow here too. I have a 17 mile commute one way, half on a country gravel road. I am joining water aerobics tonight. I will beat this 143 crap! I've planned my menu for the week, even my birthday meals for Thursday. I will stick to plan and may Sunday bring good results on the scale. Hope you all have a good week!

I my DS
We had a sleet and ice late last night. Schools were delayed 2 hours and since DH and I each take Grandkids to school/bus we got to sleep a little longer. DD will have to figure out how to get them there at the adjusted time.
It takes me about 15 minutes to get to work and the roads were slushy and slippery. I had trouble making it up a few of our country hills but arrived on time safe and sound.
No plans for me.

I thought it was freezing rain? We had already planned on coming in at 11 - roads were just wet, not bad, but then I stuck to the main roads.

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
