Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

Very relaxing weekend with DH. It's amazing how doing a little housework every day frees up the weekend.  Why did it take me 39 years to figure this out?  Oh...could it be this is the first time in 36 of those years that DH and I haven't had anyone living with us making messes and filling all of the excess space with their stuff.   There is hope that some of you young Moms will have a house that stays clean for more than a few minutes.

It was rainy today and I didn't go out.  Must make an effort tomorrow - heck I managed to get out at lunch on plenty of snowy days!!

I am on a computer at work so I am typing my whole week. I am eating the same thing all week. Except Thursday lunch is hot wings.

125 protein daily and between 10 and 14 carbs each day

Breakfast: 2.2 oz antelope roast. Lunch: 2 oz tuna, 1 string cheese, mayo, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbs bacon bits. ( I can't eat my lunch all at once, I eat the cottage cheese around 4pm) Supper: 3 oz antelope roast 6 baby carrots. snack protein drink X's 2.

If I get hungry in between I have 10 cocoa almonds a day to eat. I did not put those carbs in yet.

It started cold but is beautiful now.  Wish I had time to go drive but I had the farrier here this morning then a meeting, muscle pump this evening.  Tomorrow is suppose to be beautiful too and I don't have any meetings until 4pm.  Thanks for all the prayers for my staff and her family.
