Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

In the last 24 hours we have experienced going without electric, terrible winds that we thought were going to rip our house apart, sleeping in the living room for fear of our last tree falling on our house, and waking up to a snow blizzard.   Everything's calm right now like it never happened.

Hi Roz - WOW Mother Nature sure does know how to di**** out.  I'm planning on going back to MI this weekend and driving, but not sure how the weather is going to be.  I'll have to keep an eye on it, as I don't want to get caught driving 800 miles in a snowstorm...

Eating is horrible again.

B - egg scramble/ham/cheese (ok - that's not the awful part)

L - pizza (2 pieces) yes that's it

Oh that would be awful Jody!  I was practically in tears the other night driving home in the fog.  It was so stupid of me going the back roads where there are dams and lakes.  I should have stayed on the main back road.

What kind of pizza do you eat?  Do you go to a pizza shop?  You need to get hooked on something else like Wendy's Chili...YUM!

There's a pizza place I like to go to with a friend, but we've been "hosting" our development team this week and ordered pizza in too... don't normally do that.

Glad you're OK now and I hope you have lots of protein shakes at home - I guess you can't do much else without power (we don't have a gas oven so I'd have to have tinned tuna or eat out).

I'm super tired and could go to bed right now if I thought I'd sleep all night.  The wind is still blowing but my house doesn't sound like it's going to fall apart.
