I bought a new scale that measures body fa****er, bone density, and weight. I really like it except it weighs 2 pounds heavier than my other scale. Anyone know how to adjust the scale?!

way too high tech for me.  I have looked at those and wonder if they really work.  How can it really do all that?

Nah, over the years I have had several scales and you cannot adjust the digital kinds.  I even called the manufacturer to find out and they said it was correctly calibrated at the factory and the weight it showed was accurate.  WTF?  Then why didn't any 2 of them ever measure the same weight?

Anyway, I just learned to accept whatever weight the scale said, even if it was more or less then another scale, or even my doctor's scale.  After all, the point for me was to see if I was gaining or losing, not what I "officially" weighed.  You will get used to the new number in a little while and then be able to extract whatever information you need from it.

You've just confirmed the reason why I didn't proceed to buy such a scale. I just couldn't take the upset I have a 20lb kettle bell and my scale says it weighs 20lbs so I'm sticking with mine. Maybe you can somehow benchmark yours so you at least know what to believe.
