Good morning, my S.S.

Have a good doctor visit....I hope you get a bit lower too but if you don't, at least you are at goal.

No change this week. Still between 123 and 124.

How long do you have to stay on the steroids?

Last week 145.75

This week 144.5

Given that I saw 149.5 on Thursday, I'm OK with the 0.75lb loss.  I had one slightly bad carb day earlier in the week so  I started pushing the fat on Friday in order to lose, but as Gina reminded me I don't want to flush my vites, so I'm going to reel it back a little.

Good going.

Just don't reel it back so far that you end up constipated...there is a fine balance there.

I probably had >200g of fat yesterday (and had a rough night - I knew to expect it but I really wanted to lose) .  I'll probably dial it back to around 120ish - I don't count fat anywhere near as diligently as I do protein so those are guestimates (below 150g is my happy place).

I've never had constipation post DS (suffered with it pre-op), but I doubt I ever go below 100g of fat (plus having a 75cc must be a factor too).
