Grrr, I said not to weigh again!!  ;-) The way I see it, is that your body's telling you that you can achieve that weight even if it's not ready for you to be there full time just yet.  ((HUGS))

Last week 106.2

This week 107.2

Total change +1

Not sure what's going on.  I don't feel like I am eating more but since I don't track I may be.  I have found it is easier to eat more soft food then dense, obviously.  Not complaining about it, just curious.  As long as my clothes fit I can afford a few pounds.  Of course I don't want it to go out of control so I will keep an eye on things and see what happens.  I can't wait until I can eat real food again.  Maybe another week or two, I hope, for my lower teeth.  I find it funny that most people I have talked to lose weight when they have their teeth pulled.  Leave it to me to gain.

LOL, of course you're a zebra...aren't we all???

As long as your clothes fit, the extra lb is not critical.

This is why I love the Sunday weigh ins.  I can stay honest and accountable.  I have always heard it is easier to lose 5 lbs then 25 lbs.  I can keep an eye on things and catch any trends and do something about it before it gets out of hand.  I weigh daily, too, but that fluctuates so much it isn't good for catching things.  In the past, whenever I regained weight I had always stopped weighing myself so I could stay in denial and not  face things.  Now I know that if I see the scale moving up consistently I can make a change early before it becomes to daunting.

Very true. It is easier to catch early on.

144...that's ok for me..

Took Statins for a week...I have tried three different ones...this one made me sooo tired ...I am now going to work on lowering my cholestrol through diet which means no more animal products....oy...and only non fat dairy....for three months...if it doesn't lower ...then I will cut out dairy...this i very hard as my diet consists of primarily meat and dairy and very little carbs...since surgery...so I have been gradually eating more vegetables and beans and tofu ....I still won't go near fruit...only blueberries and melon...it's very strange to have to change my eating habits after this surgery because I have gotten used to certain "rules" and now I have to change them...oh well...better to do this then to have to take statins....yeah steroids are crap too...

Seaview, I hope you find something that works. And being where you are happy with your weight means a lot.

Totally frustrating, for sure. Surely it has to level off soon
