Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!
Everyone's scheduling their summer vacations today at work. Since I'm going on 2 vacations in April I scheduled ahead for Christmas time off. Only 2 people are allowed off at a time so this past year I was bummed when all of the dates were taken up. Do you have a vacation planned? I'm been spending time in the tanning bed the last couple of weeks to prepare for mine. I'm not planning on buying anything new. It's so great once you start maintaining and things fit from season to season.

You will be surprised how much energy you will have. DH still laughs at how I could run from cheer floor to cheer floor along with everyone else.
It took me awhile to be able eat out at restaurants but If you are camping then you should be able to plan better.

I've got you all beat, I'm on vacation now. When I get home, I start my busy spring season with driving. Clinic, competitions, camping. I won't plan another vacation with DH for a while.
I walked 2x this morning, once to the exercise room and used some of the machines and the eliptical. Tonight we are going to the female impersonator show and it should be good. The show last night was wonderful.
