Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

Happy Early Saturday!   It's 4am here and I can't sleep!!   DH is snoring and since we only had soup for dinner my tummy was growling so I got up and ate a banana. I would have made oatmeal but I didn't want to run the microwave and wake DH (although he was keeping me awake....lol.  I might even tan my legs so I don't have to do it tomorrow....I'd be afraid to lay down and tan for fear I might finally fall asleep and my tanning bed doesn't turn off by itself......

If DD doesn't get upset with us DH and I might skip out of todays competition when our DGD's team is allowed to leave. DSIL will be heading home and we are going to hitch a ride with him and the kids.  We will promise to be there bright and early tomorrow morning and stay until the last award ceremony is over. Since I'm not getting any sleep I'm even more convince this should be the plan.

I used to love camping when I was growing up.  I remember one time we just put blankets strung between cars and slept under that.  Our DD's were so involved with sports they have never gotten to do that.

Sounds Good!

I hope you manage to be up bright and early on Sunday and aren't too tired from today.  I had a short doze on the sofa this morning - it was HEAVEN!!

Anyways, I've upped my calcium as my dexa scan came back with borderline osteopenia on L1 and L2 in my spine.  I'm more or less following Gina's advice (gone from 3 to 5 batches of calcium and will work my way to 6, but will tweak properly when I get my labs back next week).

That's great that you found this out early.  I always wonder about the people who don't have a support group if they know to get the things done early out.

Sounds Yummy!

Yes, I imagine I probably had calcium issues preDS, so it's better to know. I really think normies should be able to get scans too.

Huneypie - I made your cream cheese pancakes and they were YUMMY!  But - they were quite thin, is that normal?

Yes I have them quite thin.  They'd take longer to bake or be harder to flip depending on how you cook them.  I think of them as little crepes ;-)

Ok - thanks!  I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something!

I put SF jelly in them and rolled them up and at them that way - really yummy!
