Sunday Weigh In
We had a great time. the shows were great and the landscape was beautiful and very different for sure. I think I enjoyed the Valley of Fire more than the Grand Canyon.
I did good getting in my protein, I just ate everything else too, Opps.

We went to the Grand Canyon for our honeymoon almost 17 years ago...and while living out that way, we did manage to get to Lost Wages...So both of those are off my list of places to see. My list is way too long of others I want to visit.
However, the Valley of Fire sounds interesting...we didn't even know about that one back then.
Oops....yeap, eating everything else is what gets us in trouble.

Up a pound, but I've had a smaller range than I had last week - I saw 149 one day! :-S At least I'm circling a lower range. I've not been especially bad so I'll just hang in there. Maybe I'll add a little more fat - I've got used to the increased amount quickly (upped my calcium in the last few days so may explain my fat tolerance).

Sorry you went up...and YES, increased calcium means more fat for those of us with a DS.
Remember at least 150 grams of fat is best.

You are doing good tho. The VSG can be harder since you don't have the malabsorption to help with the weight loss. You are doing good.

Doing nothing different. I guess my body just does what it wants. New lower teeth Wednesday. I am hoping to learn how to eat real food with them finally. I've heard it isn't easy so I don't expect to be eating steak and apples any time soon but hopefully something more then yogurt.

Nope, not done but it may be my body is adjusting...if so, maybe it will kickstart the loss I need after I finish them.
