Good Morning. What are the easiest things for you to forget?

You know how we talk about it's a good thing to get back into your routines on Monday mornings? lol  Well, when you get older, or you get busy with work and home, etc., it's easy to forget even the most important things. What are some of the easiest things for you to forget and how have you "fixed" it?

******

It's easy for me to forget to mix Son#2's protein drink. I fix everybody's protein coffees and shakes in the mornings because I'm up so early and I want to make sure my guys get their protein fix in the mornings so they won't crave carbs. Son#2 doesn't drink coffee so I make him a chocolate protein shake for work. I have to leave all the fixin's on the counter or I'll forget. So, before I go to bed I set the coffee to brew, set out all our blender bottles, and protein tubs.

I also sort all our vitamins for the week and set them out for the next day and DH makes our Greek yogurt w/blueberries. That way all we have to do is grab what's already made and put them in our lunch bags. If one of us forgets our lunch bag, I know we are on the verge of Alzheimer's.

next?

You are enabling, gina.  He's an adult and should mix his own protein drink.    At least you are doing it for a good reason.  wink

the easiest thing for me to forget is iron/c.  the only time to take it I have found is in the middle of the night when I get up to pee (thanks Honeypie).  but I have to remember to lay it out on the counter so I don't have to fumble around with bottles or turn on the light.  I do ok with the early and late and even the mid day calcuim.  It's just that iron.

Liz, maybe you need to try a different browser or update yours.  I'm seeing it fine in Chrome.

I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached!

I have to keep all my vitamins right next to me...putting them in containers make me forget.

But I have to have routine...

Dh is the same way...we both have "swiss cheese brain" and we've quipped that if the holes ever line up we are in SERIOUS trouble.

For me it is my bedtime Multi...so I have instead been either taking it when I change from my work clothes at around 6pm(ish) or I have to wake up somewhere around 11ish to take it.

Still trying to make things into habit...
