WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!
Today is DH's birthday. He had been hinting about new speakers for his truck so I just went and bought them on my lunch. He is going to be so excited! Everyone's coming over for cake and ice cream this evening and then the extra cake is getting divided up and put into the freezer so DH can enjoy it later. If it's not sitting around I won't have any desire to have it and when he thaws out a piece I'm sure he will give me one bite.

Hope you are feeling better today. That is a good idea about freezing the cake. I took my cake last night straight from the decorating class to the fire department. I figure they get lots of exercise so it won't hurt them as much as it would DH and I!!

I bet the fireman really enjoy your cake. I only had a tiny piece of cake and boy did I get sick. It felt like a major dumping. I'm wondering if it was just because I haven't been eating much because I haven't felt good.
