Welcome aboard.    Stick around, ask questions, read.  My suggestion is to decarb, stop sodas, caffeine, and drinking with meals to be ready after surgery.  You can do this, we are here to help.

Your SW is identical to mine :). Welcome to the lightweights board.  When I hang out on the other boards, it can be a bit scary to hear about the big number losses because it makes me question my own progress.  It's so grounding to come here for lightweight experiences!

Your are more than welcome to friend me, and on MFP I'm Spencerella56. It's an amazing tool that has really helped me maximize my protein intake using a very low cal regime, which is my weight loss method.

There is so much information and support here.  So please hang out with us when you can!

Welcome Miss-Bumblebee! ;-)  My advice is consider all your surgical options including the DS, this link compares RNY to the DS http://www.dsfacts.com/Comparison-of-DS-and-RNY.html

Lowish BMI? See Lightweights Board! Lightweight Creed For more on DS see www.DSfacts.com
