WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

It's Thursday...or is it almost Friday....YEAH!!! After yesterday's beautiful snowy ride to work today was dirty and gloomy. Not a speck of the soft white stuff to be found.

So so, I have good days and bad days. It's not like I go nuts, but I think I now have to be a lot stricter to lose. I guess the lighter you get the harder it gets.

I my DS
I have a 3 pound range that I am comfortable with so when I'm at the bottom of my range I might have a few extra bites of something that I wouldn't normally have and sometimes I have to pull in the reins and get myself under control so I don't over do it.

Hi Roz - overdid it yesterday and paying for it today (foot wise) and my stomach is queasy today... so I haven't eaten much, and may be why I wasn't hungry yesterday.
B - 1/2 cup of coffee and a piece of wheat toast with butter
L - 1/2 ham sandwich on wheat w/low fat miracle whip
D - IDK - DD offered to bring me some beef stew she made
Vits: not sure I'll even try them today
Water: low - and that could be part of my problem.
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
