Did everyone who needed to do so reset your clocks? I know not everyone does it.

Anyway, back up this week...
Last week 136
This week 138

I need to eat more protein and less other stuff.

We have a mess when we spring forward. We have several analysts in AZ and not all of our states and territories move their clocks around. So, HI, Guam, Virgin Islands are another hour different. {sigh}

I have a confession. I stepped on the scales 3 times this morning until I got something I could live with. No change from last week 123 and I've been low carbing darnit. : (

LOL, at least you stayed put. But yeah, proof positive you can make the scale read slightly different things.

Time changes are hard enough to keep up with...adding DST makes it even more challenging.

145.5 last week

146.5 this week 1lb gain!! :-S

I've been all over the place this week.  At the start I was really good and gained 1.25lb finally getting up to 151 on Thursday.  I got annoyed so had some chocolate and lost 2.5lbs over night!!  I was slightly better on Friday but had some sugar free toffee and lost another 2lbs overnight, so was really good on Saturday and stayed the same.

What I've eaten this week doesn't seem reflect on the scale in any way that makes sense!!  I'm just gonna try and not stress about the scale... eat carbs, lose.  Behave and then gain WTH??

Yeah, I KNOW what you mean.

One lb up isn't too bad considering what you saw during the week.

I have found that it isn't really when I eat but the cumulative effect of my eating over time.  What I mean is, I don't eat a candy bar and step on the scale and see it go up.  It may take a few days for the way I've been eating to show on the scale.  So the loss you saw may have actually been from the low carbing but it didn't show on the scale until that day, which happened to be right after you ate chocolate.  Same with the gain.  The chocolate weight may have shown up right after the low carbing, if that makes any sense.  If I eat good for a week or so it shows, same with not eating good.  It doesn't show right away.  That is why I, and others, are able to get away with imperfect eating once in a while, because if we eat well most of the time it makes up for the small percentage of the time when we don't.

Yes, that makes sense.  Thanks for taking the time to respond - I'll see if I can stay on the wagon a bit better ;-)

Well, I'll join the club of weight all over the place. All week, I was about 110.9 and one day, saw 110.5.

Today, 111.9

last week: 110.9

my eating was good, exercise was good. 4 spin classes plus two workouts with a trainer that kicked my butt. I hope it is some water retention.
