While we were on the cruise the weather at home was in the 60-70's but we came back to snowflakes and 40's.  DH is mowing the grass today because even though it is chilly out the grass grew like crazy while we were gone.

Boy you really switched your menu today!  Good Protein total!

Glad you were back down, Roz.  Fluid makes a big difference.

I've had a very busy day.  Used the back pack sprayer and sprayed the weeds in the pasture.  3# of water is heavy!!!  Then drove the pony, went to Zumba, finished clipping the pony and now are done for the day.  I finished my 3rd sweater (knitting) yesterday and need to figure out something new to work on.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggs, cheese
lamb patty, salad
lemon tea protein 13g
peanut butter/protein
steak, asperagus
protein shake  13g

Thanks for doing M&M for me!!!  I don't think I could lift 3 # of water.  My DH has spoiled me and I'm pretty much a weakling.

I don't know how you find time for all of the things you do. I always wished I knew how to knit or crochet.  My Mom was always a quilter.  I made a cross stitch picture for our first grandchild that I was so proud of and DD#2 didn't really appreciate it so that was the last one I made.

Sounds good Price!

Thanks for doing M&M on Saturday!!!   I had a couple of pieces of  BQ ribs on the ship and it was sooo good.  I really enjoyed tasting all of the different types of food.  I was sure not to over do it or take any chance of dumping and ruining the day.

Sounds Good!

Hi Roz - glad you had a good time and the scale was nice to you when you got home!!

I was very surprised my motorcycle friends threw me a nice little birthday party - including cake.  I had a piece - I HAD too!  I was waiting for my sugar to crash, but it didn't.  So... I have another piece here calling my name.  I tried giving it away... Luckily I'm not a big sweets eater... I probably can resist.

B - split a Western omelet and some hash browns.  1 piece of wheat toast

D - an Antipaso plate - that's the goodies without the lettuce.  Also had some stuffed jalapeno poppers.  Very good and not fried.  2 beers

Vits:  I need to take them.

WAter:  a little low

I'm glad you had a nice birthday!  I wish I didn't like sweets.....  I can't have them around...willpower is non-existent when they are within site.
