I bought my first protein bar today and had a little taste, maybe not enough to tell properly but it didn't overly excite me. How's yours?

I eat the Pure Protein Chocolate Delight bars. I like them very much. Would I like them if I weren't an RNY patient? Perhaps not. I use the same brand for protein powder, Pure Protein Chocolate Frosty.

Chilly sunny day here, but I'll take it. House work done, went to the store. It has warmed up a bit, so its out the my trusty Labrador Buddy for a nice walk. I have to work all weekend.

Worked from home today - which means muncy crunchy day... what's new????
B - coffee
L - Smart Ones spagetti
L2 - (yes... 2nd lunch) chicken stirfry minus veggies. I made this with chicken, the Newmans lite sesame ginger dressing, soy sauce and honey. Turned out good - and extra soy sauce after for a little extra punch
D - 4 poppers, 1 piece of pizza and beer.
Vits: yes
Water: beer counts, right?

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
