I am still at 150. Its my own fault, I had a very carb heavy weekend. Today I am already doing better.

Couple of week ago 149.5

Today 150.75

Oh dear Liz, I'm up 1.25 from holiday, but I was less than perfect (not as bad as I could've been either though).  I think our DSs are broken!! :-S

My plan is to work out.  Also remember to be grateful with where you are right now - think back pre WLS how happy you'd have been to see 146 on the scale.  I don't want to use the 'grateful' mentality as an excuse to slack, but I need to remember to stop and smell the roses.  ((Hugs)) Huneypie.

Ouch...wrong way for both of us!

NEVER EVER wanted to see this number again and it's staring me in the face. BUT on my way down, THIS same number felt skinny. Now it feels fat. The number itself did not change. What changed was MY perception of that number...as someone MO, it was an unattainable goal...and so when I saw it on the way down, I was ecstatic! Now I'm depressed over that same number cause it's 25 lbs up from my absolute lowest. And no, I wasn't happy at my lowest either...felt too damned skinny.
