Difficult morning

Brewed decaf isn't bad.  When I went off caff, I never really started back.  I do drink some regular tea so I have some caffeine but mostly decaf and no sodas so no caf there. 

Warm definitely did better for a long long time.  I use mint cookie protein or vanilla cinnamon mostly in my coffee.  Yummmmm

I think you did the right thing by experimenting with different temps, textures and flavors. You've got this, Kernie, and it's good to see you back.

Thanks Gina! The crazy thing is I thought about you guys all the time. But I thought there was no way around my insurance so I just could not talk to anyone about my band, my stomach, my misery. It was awful to go from poster child to steady regain and behavior slippage. I puked almost every day. Life is new and different now! I'm being super careful with my new tummy!

You're back!  What a delightful surprise.  You were around a lot 4 years ago when I got my Sleevie.

Im so sorry you had a tough go of it with your band.  You were one of the few that hung in there with it for a long time.
